Wydział Prawa, Administracji i Stosunków Międzynarodowych KA zaprasza do wzięcia udziału w konferencji naukowej ”Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights”.
Konferencja ”Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights” odbędzie się w dniach 28-29 maja 2020 r. na Krakowskiej Akademii im. Andrzeja Frycza Modrzewskiego, w Krakowie.
Konferencja jest organizowana przez Katedrę Prawa Cywilnego Krakowskiej Akademii im. Andrzeja Frycza Modrzewskiego oraz IBEROJUR - Instituto Iberoamericano de Estudos Jurídicos z siedzibą w Porto (Portugalia).
Organizatorzy podejmują się trudnego lecz jednocześnie fascynującego zadania: chcą wypełnić lukę w zakresie analizy stosunków prawnych pomiędzy sztuczną inteligencją a prawami człowieka. Zagadnienie to nabiera coraz większego znaczenia w dobie nieustannego rozwoju sztucznej inteligencji. Nie można zdaniem organizatorów nie dostrzegać licznych problemów, z jakimi powinni się mierzyć prawnicy na całym świecie: czy na tych polach, gdzie drogę torują sobie systemy imitujące ludzką inteligencję, nie dochodzi do naruszenia szeroko rozumianych praw człowieka?
Zarówno Krakowska Akademia im. Andrzeja Frycza Modrzewskiego, jak i IBEROJUR - Instituto Iberoamericano de Estudos Jurídicos dbają o tworzenie pola dla wymiany poglądów przez przedstawicieli nauki prawa z różnych ośrodków naukowych. Ich współpraca ma na celu integrację prawników z różnych krajów, umożliwiając im nawiązanie ścisłej współpracy.
Oczekujemy przybycia na konferencję prelegentów z wielu krajów, w szczególności z Portugalii, Hiszpanii, Włoch, Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki, Australii, Czech, Rumunii, Wenezueli, Meksyku, Brazylii i Kanady. Na konferencji pojawią się również przedstawiciele nauki z różnych ośrodków naukowych z całej Polski.
Mamy nadzieję, że dla Każdego Uczestnika udział w konferencji będzie wspaniałą okazją do wymiany poglądów oraz nawiązania kontaktów.
Konferencja będzie prowadzona w języku polskim, angielskim i hiszpańskim.
Zgłoszenia:
W celu zgłoszenia udziału w konferencji należy przygotować abstrakt oraz wypełnić formularz rejestracyjny znajdujący się poniżej najpóźniej do dnia 31.03.2020 r.
Wymogi abstraktu:
Abstrakt powinien zawierać tytuł wystąpienia oraz krótkie streszczenie wystąpienia do 250 słów.
Proszę o wskazanie języka, w którym ma być przygotowane wystąpienie.
Należy wskazać również stopień naukowy i właściwą afiliację.
Informacja o akceptacji tematów wystąpień i kwalifikacji do bloków tematycznych zostanie przesłana mailowo najpóźniej do dnia 9.04.2020 r.
Po otrzymaniu potwierdzenia rejestracji będzie możliwość dokonania opłaty konferencyjnej przelewem na konto:

AFM Krakow University's Faculty of Law, Administration and International Relations invites you to take part in the Scientific Conference "Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights".
The Conference “Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights” will be held on 28-29 May at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, Krakow.
The Conference is organized by the Department of Civil Law of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy and IBEROJUR - Instituto Iberoamericano de Estudos Jurídicos, seated in Porto (Portugal).
The organizers undertake a difficult but at the same time fascinating task: they want to fill the gap in the analysis of legal relations between artificial intelligence and human rights. This issue is becoming more and more important in an era of continuous development of artificial intelligence. According to the organisers, one cannot overlook the numerous problems that lawyers around the world should face: are there no violations of human rights in the broad sense of the term, where systems imitating human intelligence pave the way?
Both the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy and the IBEROJUR - Instituto Iberoamericano de Estudos Jurídicos care about creating a field for the exchange of views by representatives of the legal science from various scientific centres. Their cooperation is aimed at integrating lawyers from different countries, enabling them to establish close cooperation.
We look forward to seeing speakers from many countries, especially Portugal, Spain, Italy, the United States of America, Australia, Czech Republic, Romania, Venezuela, Mexico, Brazil and Canada. The conference will also be attended by representatives of science from various scientific centres from all over Poland.
We hope that for each Participant, participation in the conference will be a great opportunity to exchange views and establish contacts.
The conference will be conducted in Polish, English and Spanish.

In order to register for the conference, please prepare abstract and fill out the registration form until 31.03.2020.
Abstract requirements:
The abstract should contain the title of the speech and a short summary of the speech up to 250 words.
Please indicate the language in which your speech is to be prepared.
The degree and the relevant affiliation should also be indicated.
Confirmation of acceptance of the applications and allocation to topic blocks will be sent via e-mail by 9.04.2020.
Conference Fee: 400 PLN
After receiving confirmation of registration, relevant payment shall be made – until 27.04.2020 - as wire transfer to the following account:

La Conferencia "Inteligencia Artificial y Derechos Humanos" se celebrará los días 28 y 29 de mayo en la Universidad Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski de Cracovia.
La Conferencia está organizada por el Departamento de Derecho Civil de la Academia Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski de Cracovia y el IBEROJUR - Instituto Iberoamericano de Estudios Jurídicos, con sede en Oporto (Portugal).
Los organizadores emprenden una tarea difícil, pero al mismo tiempo fascinante: quieren llenar el vacío en el análisis de las relaciones jurídicas entre la inteligencia artificial y los derechos humanos. Esta cuestión está adquiriendo cada vez más importancia en una época de continuo desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial. Según los organizadores, no se pueden pasar por alto los numerosos problemas a los que deben enfrentarse los abogados de todo el mundo: ¿no hay violaciones de los derechos humanos en el sentido amplio del término, en el que los sistemas que imitan la inteligencia humana allanan el camino?
Tanto la Academia Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski de Cracovia como el IBEROJUR - Instituto Iberoamericano de Estudios Jurídicos se preocupan por crear un campo de intercambio de opiniones entre los representantes de la ciencia jurídica de diversos centros científicos. Su cooperación tiene por objeto integrar a los abogados de diferentes países, permitiéndoles establecer una estrecha colaboración.
Esperamos con interés la presencia de oradores de muchos países, especialmente de Portugal, España, Italia, los Estados Unidos de América, Australia, la República Checa, Rumania, Venezuela, México, el Brasil y el Canadá. También asistirán a la conferencia representantes de la ciencia de diversos centros científicos de toda Polonia.
Esperamos que para cada participante la participación en la conferencia sea una gran oportunidad para intercambiar opiniones y establecer contactos.
La conferencia se celebrará en polaco, español e inglés.

Requisitos de los resúmenes:
El resumen debe contener el título de la comunicación y un breve resumen del mismo de hasta 250 palabras.
Por favor, indique el idioma en el que se preparará su comunicación.
También se debe indicar el grado y la afiliación pertinente.
La confirmación de la aceptación de las solicitudes y la asignación a los bloques temáticos será enviado por correo electrónico antes del 9.04.2020.
