*- Once submitted, the declaration binds the student until the end of the study period, unless it is withdrawn. The student may undo the statement before the start of each subsequent semester. The statement should be withdrawn by 31 January (summer semester) or 31 July (winter semester).

 

A student who has not made a statement or has withdrawn the submitted statement pays tuition fees in advance for the entire semester.
